What do you do? I am a product manager for Cook MyoSite. Before that, I served as the global product manager for Cook Medical’s Critical Care division for seven years.
When did you join Cook? I started as a QAC laboratory analyst in 2005.
What motivated you when you were a Critical Care product manager? Airway management is something that people often forget about because the focus is always on the heart, brain, or other major organs. But, without air, a patient is in big trouble. I wanted to help develop products for airway management that are simple and reliable. A lot of times, airway devices get over-engineered. The fact of the matter is you want to know that your airway device will work. Every time.
