Steven may not be the oldest member of the Critical Care sales team, but he’s already leaving a mark in his size 15 shoes.
What do you do? I am the Critical Care District Manager based out of Tampa, FL.
When did you join the team? I’m still pretty new. I joined Cook in my current role on April 2, 2012.
Tell me about your territory? I first heard about Cook at a job fair and originally interviewed for the Atlanta District Manager position. There was also a position open in Tampa, which is where I grew up. My manager asked me how I felt about moving back home and joining the Cook team. I thought it was pretty cool to be able to go home again and start working with a great company.
What motivates you to do your job everyday? I want to be the best and I’d really like to be the number one rep. I like that my job provides me an opportunity where I can actually help doctors help patients.
Why Cook? I love the culture here. In corporate America today, I think it’s rare to have a family-owned business culture. I feel like I have a long-term future with Cook.
What is something unusual about you? It’s really hard for me to find shoes that fit. I wear a size 15!
