We are excited to announce that we are now able to offer US clinicians a completely new experience with the Biodesign Staple Line Reinforcement: a new peel-and-stick technology for efficient staple line support. This easy-to-use solution offers extra convenience to clinicians while simplifying inventory and helping to reduce hospital costs.

Convenient, easy to load, and efficient

Unlike traditional products in market, the new peel-and-stick Biodesign Staple Line Reinforcement requires no string, glue, or preactivation of adhesive, providing extra convenience to clinicians. With the new design, the anvil and cartridge sides of the graft are the same, making it easy to load. In a benchtop study, the loading time of the new peel-and-stick Biodesign Staple Line Reinforcement was three times faster than competitor staple line reinforcement products.¹

Strong and consistent

The new peel-and-stick Biodesign Staple Line Reinforcement strips are designed to add strength without increasing the difficulty of the procedure. They have a consistent thickness of 0.4 mm, including the adhesive.²

Streamlined

In comparison to the previous version, the new peel-and-stick Biodesign Staple Line Reinforcement has only two SKUs instead of nine. This reduced number of SKUs simplifies inventory and helps to reduce hospital costs.
