Tip flexibility balanced with enhanced pushability facilitates atraumatic access in this case of difficult multifocal stricturing in the mid-common bile duct and hilar strictures in both left and right sides. The strictures were a result of a Bismuth 3 or 4 cholangiosarcoma.
