Bloomington, Ind. – CFC Properties, a Cook Group company, welcomes a new vice president of commercial real estate. Ron Walker, former president of the Bloomington Economic Development Corporation (BEDC), is looking forward to his new position.

As president of the BEDC, Ron led the organization’s efforts with the Bloomington Life Sciences Partnership, the Bloomington Technology Partnership, new business recruitment, and business retention and expansion. Ron also worked closely with private employers, real estate professionals, local government, Indiana University and Ivy Tech Bloomington to establish a competitive merit for the Bloomington and Monroe County community.
