Abu Dhabi, UAE — Shayna Martin, global brand marketing director for Cook Medical’s Urology specialty, will receive the Endourological Society 2019 Industry Award during the society’s 37th World Congress of Endourology and SWL.

Martin is the fifth employee and first female employee from Cook to receive this honor. Previous industry award recipients from Cook Medical include Frederick Roemer (1998), Jerry French (2004), Walter Ryan (2010), and Jean-Marc Creissel (2017).
The conference, held October 29–November 2 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is dedicated to enhancing education about minimally invasive urologic surgery. The society’s Industry Award is given annually to an individual who has promoted endourology product development and program support worldwide.
